The Milwaukee MX Fuel Breaker Hammer, model MXF368 – 1XC, has made its debut alongside other MX Fuel Tools like the Cut – Off Saw and Core Drill. This marks the latest stage in Milwaukee’s journey of cutting the cord revolution.
Lightweight Powerhouse
One of the most remarkable features of the MX Breaker is its weight. It is one of the lightest in its class, coming in at only 63.9lbs with the battery. Despite its relatively light weight, it still packs a significant punch. The impact energy output is an impressive 50 ft/lb, which is either in – line with or even better than some of the leading corded models on the market. This means that users can expect high – performance breaking capabilities without having to deal with the bulk and weight typically associated with heavy – duty breaker hammers.
Vibration Control
Vibration is a common concern when using breaker hammers, as it can cause fatigue and discomfort during extended use. However, the MX Breaker has addressed this issue effectively. It has a vibration rating of 4.9m/s², which is extremely low. What’s more, the design of the tool ensures that almost all of the work is happening at the waist, which practically eliminates the vibration felt in the handles. This is a huge benefit for users who need to use the breaker hammer for long periods of time. As can be seen in the video, when Joe is hammering, the top of the tool looks as if it’s hardly moving. This reduced vibration not only enhances user comfort but also helps to prevent potential injuries caused by prolonged exposure to high – level vibrations.
