For more than 150 years, Ingersoll Rand (IR) has been a driving force in industrial innovation, delivering advanced power tools to the construction industry. Now available in Canada through Dobco Equipment Ltd., the G5351 IQV 20-volt cordless angle grinder and cutoff tool stands out as a compact, high-performance solution for tight workspaces.
The G5351 merges the power of pneumatic tools with the convenience of cordless operation. Weighing 30% less than its top competitors, it features an extended paddle switch and an inline battery design that prevents forearm obstruction during use. Its brushless motor ensures longer runtime, while built-in anti-kickback technology and an e-brake enhance safety.
Designed for efficiency and comfort, the grinder includes a lightweight, slim handle with an over-molded grip, along with tool-free guard and spindle-lock mechanisms for quick adjustments. A removable vent filter protects users from dust and metal debris, while the side handle can be attached on either side for versatility.
The G5351 supports 4½ or 5-inch wheels with a spindle size ranging from 5/8″ to 11″, delivering a maximum speed of 8,000 RPM and ¾ kW of power. Weighing just 2.31 kg and measuring 33.7 cm in length, it is compatible with all IQV 20-volt batteries and works with Type 27 grinding wheels and Type 1 cutting wheels, making it a flexible tool for various applications.
With features like automatic e-brake protection, rear exhaust for debris control, and a safety lock-off lever on the paddle switch, the G5351 is engineered for both performance and user safety.
