The B-FLEX series includes more than two dozen standalone battery tool models, some featuring an ergonomic pistol-grip design. Each tool is equipped with smart embedded HMI, a high-resolution transducer, and a specialized motor optimized for battery-powered operation. Operators benefit from real-time feedback, visible tightening results, and precise torque and angle monitoring, ensuring consistent quality in industrial applications.
Engineered for user comfort and safety, the tools feature a perfectly balanced grip design, reconfigurable battery positioning to reduce strain, and Ergostop technology to prevent repetitive motion injuries. The 36-volt Li-ion battery technology provides extended runtime, while durable spiral-cut bevel gears enhance longevity. Additional technical highlights include high-accuracy torque transducers, a patented non-contact trigger resistant to dust and oil, and password-protected settings for secure operation. The tools cover a wide torque range, from five to 95 nanometres (nm), with pistol-grip models also supporting 18/36-volt batteries and offering a range of 1.5 to 17 nm.
Quality control is streamlined through an error-proof system that operates without a PC connection, displaying real-time torque and angle results, battery status, and program settings directly on the tool. For maintenance, the eDOCK station enables USB connectivity for diagnostics and updates, ensuring optimal performance.
