Among the newest additions is the CLK series of air chain hoists, designed to meet the rigorous demands of heavy-load applications while maintaining operational efficiency.
Engineered for durability and performance, the CLK series hoists feature a robust yet lightweight construction capable of handling loads up to 500 kilograms. These units carry an ASMO HST-5 A5 rating (FEM/ISO 1Am/M4 classification), ensuring reliable operation even under continuous heavy use, with an 800-hour full-load interval between overhauls.
The hoists incorporate several advanced features including a non-asbestos disc brake system with spring engagement and air release for enhanced safety, along with operational noise levels kept below 75 decibels. Additional safety measures include upper and lower limit stops to prevent hazardous over-travel, while a full-flow pendant control system enables precise load positioning. The six-vane air motor provides consistent performance with a 100% duty cycle, complemented by steel snap hooks featuring safety latches for secure load handling.
Dobco offers three models in the CLK series, each tailored to different capacity requirements. The CL125K handles 125 kg loads with lifting speeds of 13.1 m/min (up) and 11.3 m/min (down), featuring 292.1 mm of headroom and a shipping weight of 15.4 kg. The CL250K model increases capacity to 250 kg with speeds of 9.8 m/min (up) and 13.7 m/min (down), maintaining the same headroom and weight specifications. For maximum capacity, the CL500K supports 500 kg loads at 4.6 m/min (up) and 6.7 m/min (down), with slightly increased headroom of 323.9 mm and a shipping weight of 17.2 kg.
Standard configurations include a 10-foot lift height with customizable options available, along with pendant lengths of 6 feet (or 4 feet shorter than the lift height). The series also offers optional hook or trolley mountings for installation flexibility.
