Dobco Equipment Ltd. is enhancing its manufacturing solutions with Ingersoll Rand’s new CLK series air chain hoists, designed for demanding industrial applications. As a leader in construction equipment innovation for over 150 years, Ingersoll Rand has developed these rugged hoists to handle loads up to 500 kilograms while maintaining precision and efficiency in production environments.
The CLK series features three models – CL125K, CL250K, and CL500K – all built to withstand intensive use with an ASMO HST-5 rating of A5 (FEM/ISO 1Am/M4 classification). These hoists are engineered for 800 hours of full-load operation between overhauls, demonstrating their durability in industrial settings.
Key features include a lightweight yet robust design for easy maneuverability, a non-asbestos disc brake system with spring engagement and air release for reliable stopping power, and quiet operation below 75 decibels for improved workplace safety. The hoists also incorporate upper and lower limit stops to prevent hazardous hook over-travel, along with full-flow pendant control for precise load positioning.
Each model is equipped with a six-vane air motor capable of 100% duty cycle operation, steel snap hooks featuring safety latches, and a standard 10-foot lift height that can be customized. Optional hook or trolley mountings provide additional installation flexibility to suit various operational needs.
The CL125K model offers a 125 kg capacity with lifting speeds of 13.1 meters per minute upward and 11.3 meters per minute downward, featuring a single chain fall and 292.1 mm of headroom. The CL250K increases capacity to 250 kg with speeds of 9.8 m/min up and 13.7 m/min down, while maintaining the same compact dimensions. For heavier applications, the CL500K provides 500 kg capacity at 4.6 m/min upward and 6.7 m/min downward speeds, with dual chain falls and slightly increased headroom of 323.9 mm.
These new hoist models are now available through Dobco Equipment Ltd., offering manufacturers reliable, high-performance lifting solutions for their industrial operations.
