The Propane Advantage
Economic and Environmental Perks
Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) propane – powered saws offer both economic and environmental advantages. In terms of performance, they are comparable to standard carbon – fueled engines. However, LPG saws have longer engine lives and lower maintenance costs. This is because there is less carbon in the oil, which leads to reduced wear on the engine.
Unlike standard gasoline engines, LPG engines don’t experience shellac build – up in the carburetors, which often causes fuel jet clogs. Propane also costs less per gallon on average than gasoline. It is produced in the US and is one of the cleanest – burning fuels available. Since it releases fewer greenhouse gases during combustion compared to carbon – based fuels, it is considered environmentally friendly.
Diamond Products has a diverse collection of propane saws, each with its own unique features and benefits. These saws are designed to be clean, compact, and efficient, positioning the company at the forefront of the industry by combining environmental protection with high – quality machinery.
