Dobco Equipment has introduced Cleco’s 75 Series angle nutrunners to the Canadian market, offering industrial-grade pneumatic assembly tools designed for precision and durability. The series includes reversible and non-reversible models, all featuring a level start function and compatibility with multiple drive options for task-specific adaptability.
The lineup provides a torque range of 75 to 430 newton meters (Nm), with external torque adjustment, a rotating exhaust deflector, and two square drive sizes (½-inch and ¾-inch). Fourteen configurations are available, with free speeds ranging from 80 to 480 RPM. Tool lengths span 486 to 575 millimeters, weights range from 3.3 to 6.8 kilograms, and air consumption stays between 55 and 70 SCFM (standard cubic feet per minute).
The series includes two primary tool types. The stall nutrunner is ideal for applications with variable torque requirements, featuring stall-type torque control that allows operators to adjust speed and power dynamically. The tool runs until resistance stalls it, after which the user releases the throttle. The Clecomatic clutch nutrunner provides precise torque control without speed loss. Users preset the torque level, and the clutch automatically disengages upon reaching it. The durable clutch mechanism ensures consistent torque repeatability and extended calibration intervals.
Each nutrunner in the series incorporates planetary gears for smooth speed transitions, minimizing part wear and replacement needs. Heavy-duty spindle bearings and splined retractable spindles reduce friction, enhance torque accuracy, and extend service life. Powered by Cleco’s industry-standard motors, the tools are built for reliability, mounting flexibility, and easy maintenance.
Cleco’s engineering prioritizes performance, durability, and serviceability, making the 75 Series a robust solution for industrial assembly applications.
