FEIN Power Tool Company has launched its new GSZ line of die grinders, offering professionals a versatile range of power and RPM options tailored to diverse industrial applications. The seven-model lineup provides users with precision, control, and safety upgrades to optimize performance.
Customizable Power and RPM for Precision Work
The GSZ series features three power classes—350W, 750W, and 1,010W—to accommodate tasks ranging from light deburring to heavy fabrication.
“Operators can select the ideal power and RPM combination for their specific needs, ensuring optimal tool-to-application matching,” said J.F. Bosse, National Sales Manager at FEIN Canadian Power Tool Company.
Randy McDonald, National Product Manager, emphasized the importance of RPM alignment with abrasives: “Many overlook the critical role of RPM in finishing work. Using mismatched abrasives can lead to accidents, but our expertise in both tools and abrasives helps customers avoid these risks.”
Advanced Technology and Operator Safety
The grinders integrate FEIN’s POWERtronic tacho electronics, maintaining constant speed and torque for consistent finishing results. Ergonomics were also prioritized, with low vibration and ErgoGrip handles to minimize fatigue and injury.
New safety enhancements include an interlock switch that prevents accidental startup after power interruptions—a key safeguard in industrial settings.
