Dobco Equipment Ltd. now distributes Trumpf’s TruTool TF 350 power fastener in Canada, providing a fast, cost-effective solution for joining metal parts without screws, rivets, or additional fasteners. Ideal for ventilation systems, air-conditioning technology, and container or apparatus engineering, this tool creates durable, corrosion-resistant connections in a single operation.
Until July 31, customers purchasing the TruTool TF 350 or its 18-volt LiHD version will receive two sets of punches and dies at no extra cost.
The TruTool TF 350 eliminates the need for traditional fasteners, reducing material costs and streamlining workflow. It produces form-fitting, cold-formed joints—whether materials are coated or uncoated—with consistent strength and precision. The tool joins metal sheets from 0.8 to 4 mm thick in one step, operating at 120 joining points per minute with single-stroke activation. Every connection is corrosion-resistant and vibration-resistant, ensuring long-lasting durability.
Designed for high-performance industrial applications, the TF 350 features low-vibration operation and emission-free processes, making it both efficient and environmentally friendly. It delivers a maximum locking power of 25 kilonewtons and a maximum flange height of 1.417 inches.
The standard TF 350 model has an edge distance range of 0.315 to 2.283 inches, 1,700 watts of input power, and weighs 18.3 pounds without the cable. Its dimensions measure 16.8 by 14.1 inches. The 18-volt LiHD version offers an edge distance range of 0.135 to 2.283 inches, runs on an 18V battery, and weighs 17.6 pounds including the battery, with dimensions of 17.9 by 14.1 inches.
