Ferris® has announced the launch of its completely redesigned Venture X commercial sprayer/spreader, engineered from the ground up for superior performance, ease of maintenance, and operator comfort. The new model incorporates direct customer feedback to enhance functionality and usability while maintaining durability.
Key upgrades include Ferris’ patented suspension system, a stainless-steel platform, and comfort knee pads to reduce operator fatigue. A newly added speedometer ensures precise spreading distribution, while a five-gallon fuel tank extends runtime between refueling.
In an industry-first for stand-on spreaders, the Venture X features tool-free push-to-connect hoses, a design typically found in larger agricultural and golf course equipment. Additionally, the tank sump has been relocated outside the frame rail, simplifying tank removal and providing easier engine access for servicing.
Powered by a Vanguard 18 hp engine, the Venture X will be available in Spring 2025 with a competitive starting price of $16,499.
Ferris Expands Zero-Turn Lineup with Affordable 300R Series
Alongside the Venture X, Ferris is introducing the 300R Series, a more accessible zero-turn mower designed for homeowners and small property maintenance. The 300R features a 42-inch fabricated steel deck, an 18-inch premium seat, and a hydro-gear transmission for smooth operation.
Available with either a Briggs & Stratton 23 hp PXi engine or a Kawasaki FS651 21.5 hp engine, the 300R also includes anti-scalp wheels and a three-gallon fuel tank. This new model allows Ferris to cater to budget-conscious buyers entering the zero-turn market without sacrificing durability.
With these launches, Ferris continues to strengthen its position in both commercial and residential turf care, offering innovative solutions tailored to user needs.
