Endress+Hauser Canada Ltd., a global leader in measurement instrumentation, is investing $28 million in a state-of-the-art Customer Experience Centre in Burlington, Ontario. The 47,000-square-foot, two-storey facility, slated for completion late next year, will operate as a net-zero-carbon and net-zero-energy building, targeting LEED Gold certification.
Sustainability and Innovation at the Core
The new centre will replace the company’s existing Burlington location, situated just 400 metres away, ensuring minimal disruption for employees. Designed for long-term sustainability, the facility will feature a reflective roof with double-sided solar panels, geothermal heating, and heat pumps.
A standout feature is the Process Training Unit, a full-scale pilot plant equipped with Endress+Hauser instruments, mirroring setups at the company’s Edmonton facility and other global sites. Customers and partners will be able to simulate real-world industrial processes, helping them optimize product selection and operational efficiency.
Enhanced Employee and Customer Experience
The expanded space—20,000 square feet larger than the current centre—reflects Endress+Hauser’s rapid growth in Canada. Employees will benefit from amenities such as two cafés, a fitness room, a wellness space, and a multi-faith prayer room. A central atrium with a live tree and an outdoor terrace will further enhance the workplace environment.
Commitment to Market Leadership
As a key player in process instrumentation and automation solutions, Endress+Hauser emphasizes customer experience as a driver of success. The Burlington centre underscores this philosophy, combining cutting-edge training capabilities with sustainable design to serve clients for decades.
