For processes where airflow could interfere, the Ionizing Bar provides static elimination without forced air. The Super Ion Air Wipe offers 360-degree ionized coverage for pipes, cables, and extrusions, while the Ion Air Cannon delivers a concentrated ionized stream up to 4.6 meters for large-scale static control. For precision tasks, the handheld Ion Air Gun removes static from hard-to-reach components before assembly, painting, or packaging.
Safety is a key priority, with all Gen4 models featuring UL component certification, CE and RoHS compliance, electromagnetic shielding, and durable metal housings. The series is engineered to prevent voltage spikes and reduce shock risks, making it a reliable solution for industries where static control is critical, from manufacturing to renewable energy.
