Anker has introduced its new Nano Charger (35W) featuring a built-in retractable USB-C cable at its online store in Japan. The charger, model number A2658, recently received a TUV Rheinland certification, confirming its specifications.
Designed primarily for smartphones, this compact charger delivers up to 35 watts of power through its integrated USB-C cable. The cable measures about 70 cm (27.6 inches) and can withstand roughly 20,000 retractions, making it durable for daily use.
Besides the retractable cable, the charger also includes a USB-C port that offers the same maximum output. When both the cable and the port are used at the same time, each provides 17 watts. Alternatively, the cable can supply 30 watts while the port delivers 5 watts.
The charger comes in black or white, with dimensions of 61 x 48 x 30 mm (2.4 x 1.9 x 1.2 inches) and weighs around 110 grams (0.24 lbs). It also features folding pins for easy portability.
In Japan, the Anker Nano Charger is priced at ¥4,990 (about $35) and is scheduled for release in summer 2025. According to tipster AnkerInsider, the charger may launch in the U.S. within the next few months, with an expected price between $30 and $50. A European release may also be possible, as suggested by the TUV Rheinland certification. This new model will join other Anker products with integrated cables, such as the Anker Nano Car Charger, currently priced at $24.99 on Amazon.
