HARTING rigorously tested multiple materials, including V2A-grade stainless steel, before confirming that V4A-grade steel provides the necessary durability against salt spray, mist, and other corrosive elements.

The M12 INOX connector meets the IEC 60068-2-52 severity 4 standard, ensuring reliability under extreme conditions. It operates seamlessly in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C and withstands up to 500 mating cycles. With a rating of 4A and 250V (crimp termination), it is designed for long-term use in automation, robotics, and transportation sectors.
