TKIL Industries, formerly known as Thyssenkrupp Industries India, has partnered with German battery manufacturer Hoppecke Batterie Systeme. Together, they will develop advanced battery systems for India’s rail sector.
Their work will focus on metro systems, regional trains, and locomotives. The first joint project is set to launch in 2025.
