Chargeasap, a new name in the accessory market, is making a strong impression with its innovative charging products. After recently testing the brand’s Flash Pro Ultra power bank, which performed well against competitors like Anker and UGREEN, I had the chance to try out its GaN charger — the Zeus.
I’ve been using the Zeus for nearly a month, and it checks all the right boxes for a modern charger. It offers four charging ports and delivers up to 140W through a single port, with a combined output of 280W. That’s a significant step up compared to the UGREEN Nexode Pro I usually travel with, which maxes out at 160W.
One standout feature of the Zeus is its built-in display that shows real-time charging data. This is especially useful for those who typically rely on USB-C cables with built-in power meters to track power flow.
However, the Zeus comes at a high price. It’s currently listed at $219 in the U.S., more than double the price of the 160W Nexode Pro. Still, Chargeasap seems to be betting on its extra features to justify the cost.
In addition to its performance, the Zeus offers convenience for international travelers. It comes with a set of interchangeable plugs that turn the device into a global travel adapter. This added versatility makes it appealing for users who are frequently on the move.
